Sunday.

OH NO! THIRST!

I'm in a sort of bad mood today. I'm cranky. It's red tide, and my red tent is no where to be found. I spent the morning cleaning the entire house, then went out to breakfast with Judy and Gabe at Eat N Park.

Now I'm just lounging around the house relaxing before Joshua and I head out to some silly good times at the St. Bruno's Festival and then I'm going to a fundraiser with Judy for the Greenlight Engage, an artist so-op of sorts that aims to improve creative involvement in the community here in Greensburg.

This is probably the first thing I have found myself truly and completely excited about in quite some time. This is exactly the type of thing that this community needs, not just the community of artists but the community of PEOPLE. There is nothing better than inspiring creativity in people who feel they have none, and providing an outlet for people from various artistic backgrounds to view, appreciate, and interact with art. I'm rambling now, but I just can't help but be excited.

I also read Jen's (from The Naughty Secretary Club) post about flea markets and I can't help but get pumped about going and just looking through other people's junk. I have found some amazing things at flea markets. I am thinking next Sunday I'll stop in at the Latrobe flea market just to see what it's all about. Then the weekend of the fourth I am planning a trip to Hazen that Sunday. This is a huge flea market that has hours upon hours of fun and exploration.

I think Tuesday is also going to be a trip to the local farmer's market at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art. I am looking for any remaining fresh strawberries and some nice fresh vegetables.

I love Spring and Summer for their plethora of outside activities and nice weather.

It's time to kick back in the cool air of the apartment and maybe get some sketching in.
